Terri – Office Coordinator
“Hi, I’m Terri, and will be the first person you meet when you enter the office. I wear many hats, including being your advocate in our office. I will help you with your insurance questions and scheduling. I am here to help answer any of your questions. I will ask you to complete information that we need in order to establish you as one of our patients. I will be asking you for insurance information, and will generally be your ‘first point of contact’ when it comes to questions about your insurance coverage. I will also be collecting copies of medical records and images that you bring with you for placement in our Electronic Medical Records. Please don’t hesitate to ask for me should you have any questions regarding your insurance plans.”

have a son, Aron who graduated from Olathe North West High School. He joined
the U.S. Marines in May 2007, and he has been active duty since June 2008.
My husband works for Heart-to-Heart and it has been our privilege to volunteer
with tornado relief and various projects in Kansas City, New York City after
9/11, a medical airlift to Uzbekistan, EMS training in China, and natural
disaster relief including hurricane Katrina.
I look forward to working with each of you. If you need anything during the
course of your treatment, please don’t hesitate to ask or call me.”
