Russell V. Onken, Administrator
Russell Onken has been the Administrator of Therapeutic Radiologists, Inc., since October of 1994. He has been a hospital administrator and group practice administrator since he graduated with a Masters in Hospital & Health Administration from the University of Iowa in 1984. Mr. Onken was elected to the board of the Greater Kansas City Medical Manager Association (GKCMMA) in 2002, and served as President in 2007. He is a standing member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (SATRO), a member of the Society of Radiation Oncology for Administrators (SROA), a member of the Association of Freestanding Radiation Oncology Centers (AFROC), and a long standing member of the Medical Group Managers Association.

Kay Sneiderman Robinson, Executive Assistant/Privacy Officer
Kay joined TRI in January 2000 as the groups Executive Assistant. In April 2003, Kay was additionally named Privacy Officer to oversee monitoring and enforcement the HIPAA regulations. Prior to joining TRI, Kay was Assistant to the Board of Directors at St. Joseph Health Center. She received her Legal Assistant’s Degree from George Washington University in Washington DC. Her organizational memberships include AHA Health Care Executive Assistants (President 2002), MHA Health Care Executive Assistants; Greater Kansas City Medical Staff Services and Missouri Strategic National Implementation Plan (MoSnip) (Treasurer 2004-2009).
Sue A. Smith, Finance Director
Sue Smith is the Director of Finance and has been with TRI since 1999. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas. She came to TRI from CBIZ/Mayer Hoffman McCann, a national consulting firm, where she was a Manager in their Health Care Advisory Services division. Sue has 29 years of health care finance experience and is a member of the Greater Kansas City Medical Managers and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Sue is in charge of the financial operations of the practice, including all billing and accounting functions.
Angie Francoviglia, Billing Supervisor
Angie has over 38 years of medical billing and claims management experience with that, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Therapeutic Radiologists, Inc. (TRI) team. She began working in the radiology department at Menorah Medical Center and continued her career as a Patient Billing Supervisor with the Diagnostic Imaging, P.C. and Medical Imaging, Inc. groups before joining TRI in 1991 where she manages the patient and insurance billing department. Through her perseverance, she has developed and implemented processes at TRI that allow for a more streamlined management of patient account billing. Angie has a true compassion for patient financial needs, maintains an exceptional rapport with the local and national insurance and medical professionals she interacts with, and is highly respected by her peers.
Angie is an active member of local and state professional organizations, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Providers Outreach and Education Advisory Group (POEAG), Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (SATRO) and The Greater Kansas City Medical Managers Association (GKCMMA).
